Pramod E.K vs Louna V.C on 14 January, 2019
In this
regard, this court is supported by the case law titled as Pramod
E.K Vs. Louna V.C, (2019 AIR Kerala 85). Furthermore, it is
also clear from the record of the present case which will be
discussed a little later that D-2 has not disputed the veracity of
the whatsapp chat and has only made an endeavour to show
her ignorance about the whatsapp chat. She has not denied that
the said whatsapp chat had not taken place and D-2 has taken a
stand that the communication made through her official mobile
phone number with the plaintiff was not made by her as she
was on leave during the relevant period, however, the fact of
the matter remained that the authenticity of the whatsapp chat
has not been disputed by D-2.
