Accordingly, the judgment and order dated 09.07.2012 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 6, Aligarh, in Session Trial No.450 of 2006, arising out of Case Crime No.126 of 2004 (State vs. Ram Khilari and another), under Sections - 307, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, is hereby upheld. Consequently, the instant appeal lacks merit and the same is dismissed.
