claim a title better than what he possessed. In the instant case, there
is nothing to show that the plaintiff has title to the lands comprised in
O.S.No.580. The earlier deeds relied upon by the plaintiff is only
with reference to the lands measuring an extent of 3 ares 10 centi ares
in O.S.No.579 and the lands in O.S.No.580 has not been conveyed in
these documents. For the first time in Ex.A.5, sale deed under which
the plaintiff purchased the property O.S.No.580 has been included and
the extent is increased to 6 ares. Therefore, in the light of the afore
said Judgement. The plaintiff is not entitled to a decree for
declaration.
