This Court, after perusal of the order sheet dated 21.01.2019
passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1640/2015, it emanates that
there was a prayer from counsel Mr. Sheetal Kumbhat that the
SBCWP No.7710/2009 [Daljeet Singh Vs. Union of India] has to be
reconstituted. There is also a direction from this Hon'ble Court in
the same order-sheet to reconstitute the file. The photostat copy
of the file is on record and it is before this Court today.
