In the rejoinder filed by the applicant, she reiterated the
averments made in the OA and also placed reliance on the said
judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Rafiq Masih (supra) and
further stated that applicant ought to have been paid her full
gratuity of Rs.10,00,000/- immediately on her retirement, i.e., on
31.8.2015. However, this did not happen for almost one year and
as such the same patently adds to the iniquitous nature of the
aforesaid illegal recovery.
