Dulla, Major And Anr. vs Shib Lal on 23 June, 1916
It was expressly followed, as it was bound to be, in the case of Dulla v. Shib Lal [1917] 39 All. 47. The only difference between the latter case and the present case is that there the legal representatives were brought on the record before the decree was passed. The principle underlying both is however same.
