Considering the aforesaid law laid down in the aforesaid pronouncement and the fact that notice/order, which appears to be a printed proforma, this Court is of the view that the instant petition is liable to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed and the impugned notice/order dated 27.02.2019 passed by the City Magistrate, Lucknow is hereby quashed.
