Purnima Das vs The State Of West Bengal & Ors on 19 March, 2014
In the light of the observation made in the judgment
referred above, this writ petition is disposed of with a
direction upon the Secretary, Department of School
Education, Government of West Bengal, to consider the
proposal for appointment of the petitioner on
compassionate ground under died-in-harness category and
take a decision in the matter supported with cogent reason,
as expeditiously as possible.
