6. Heard the arguments of both counsel and
perused the materials on record. The counsel for the
plaintiff has filed the written arguments and also relied
upon a decision reported in 'AIR 2003 SC 2418 : Roop
Kumar Vs. Mohan Thedani' and also relied on the order
passed by this Court on I.A filed by the defendant for
rejection of plaint(I.A No.XI) on 25.11.2021.

25. On plain reading of the above provision of law
makes it clear that the Societies with any of the one of the
objects mentioned in Section 3 can only be registered
under the said Act. Admittedly the plaintiff association is
registered under the aforesaid Act but the objects of the
plaintiff Association does not fall under the above Section
3 of the Act and hence the registration of the plaintiff
association is itself not maintainable under the above Act
