2006 and notification under section 4 of the L.A. Act was

issued on 29.10.2007, the Appellants are entitled to
compensation at an enhanced rate, which should be at least
10 to 15% more for the said interregnum period, in terms of
the decision of the Supreme Court in Radha Mudaliyar Vs.
Special Tahsildar, reported in AIR 2011 SC 54.
