This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the
Constitution of India for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of
mandamus may kindly be issued in favour of the petitioner directing the
respondents to re-engage the spotless and uninterrupted services of the petitioner
to his post of Medical Officer at ECHS Polyclinic, Mohali, District SAS Nagar
keeping into account his Good work and conduct (from 18-10-2016 till 02-01-
2026) particularly when there is existence of work, in view of the Orders dated
15.12.2016 and 31.07.2017 (P-16) passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the
cases of similarly situated ECHS employees, wherein vide Order dated 28.04.2022
(P-17) leave has been granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and not to replace the
ANURADHA

in LPA-906-2024 (Iqbal Singh Vs Union of India & Ors).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has
become infructuous as the petitioner has been granted appointment.
In view of the above submission, the petition stands disposed of as
having been rendered infrcutuous.
