The Division Bench of this Court in the case of NATIONAL 10 INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED vs. SRI MARUTHI AND OTHERS reported in ILR 2011 KAR 4139, held that the tractor and trailer put together becomes goods vehicle and it is statutorily covered by the insurance policy.
