Meera Sahni vs Lt. Governor Of Delhi & Ors on 15 July, 2008
"(a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate
writ, order or direction to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to act on
Representation dated 26-9-2017 and enforce the judgment of the
Hon‟ble Supreme Court in Meera Sahni vs. Lt. Governer of Delhi
[reported as (2008) 9 SCC 177] in the present case and declare the
Sale Deeds 1 8& 2 dated 8-11-2004 as void and non est in the eyes of
law to the extent to which the same affect the area of the property
under acquisition;
