11. It is otherwise more than settled that the appellate
Court continues to be a final court of fact and law and second
appeal to the High Court lies only where there is a substantial
question of law. Meaning thereby, the pure findings of fact remain
immune from challenge before this Court in second appeal. It shall
be apt to refer to three Judges Bench decision of the Hon'ble
Supreme Court in Santosh Hazari vs. Purushottam Tiwari

as follows:
