Pradesh High Court Bar Association on 24th April, 2015. This act
is in violation of the dictum of the Supreme Court as indicated in
para 35 of the judgment rendered in the case of Ex-Capt. Harish
Uppal v. Union of India (2003) 2 SCC 45.
