the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent/complainant placed reliance
on the case of Honble National Commission in the case of Sh.Narain Singh
Vs. New India Assurance Company Limited reported as 2008(1) CPC 257
wherein the Honble National Commission has held that the transfer of the
insurance was automatic on sale of the vehicle. The learned counsel therefore,
emphatically submitted that there was no legal infirmity in the impugned order
and prayed the same be sustained and the appeal be dismissed.
