No.216 of 2016 (State vs. Bharat Bhushan Patel and Others) arising out of Case Crime No.136 of 2012, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506, 341 and 354 IPC and Section 3(1)(10) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Police Station Sorao, District Allahabad, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order on its own merits.
