In the light of Apex Court decision in the case of
Kalabharati Advertising Vs. Hemanth Vimal Nath Narichania,
reported in (2010) 9 SCC 437, clearly held that once the petition is
disposed of it is deemed that whatever the interim order or
direction given by such Courts merges with the final order. In
other words, interim order/direction would not be existing in the
eye of law. Hence, interim order in the present case stands vacated.
