Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the
case at hand is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by this
Court in Vinod alias Raja vs. Smt. Joginder Kaur (CR No. 136
of 2004), decided on 5.7.2012, as such, he may be permitted to
withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate
proceedings in the appropriate court of law.
