Learned counsel for the appellant has argued that while
dismissing the bail application, the Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Children's
Court, Narnaul has not relied upon social investigation report of the appellant
and in this regard, he has relied upon a judgment dated 02.06.2021 passed by
this Court in CRR-233-2021 titled as Vishnu vs. State of Haryana.
