3. Party in person submitted that previously these applicants have
preferred writ petition being W.P.(S) No. 3255 of 2012, which has been
decided by this Court vide order dated 10th December, 2012 and it was
disposed of by similar order dated 30th August, 2012 passed by this Court
in W.P.(S) No. 3942 of 2012 (Asha Kumari Pathak Vs. The State of
Jharkhand & Ors.) which is at Annexure1/1 to this contempt application.
It is submitted by the party in person that this Court has allowed the writ
petition and salary and other benefits have been ordered to be paid with
interest @ 5% per annum. These applicants have to receive per person
approximately more than Rs.6,00,000/.
