23.04.2024 on the basis of legal notice dated 17.07.2023 which could not
be justified in any manner. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has argued that legal
notice was duly served upon the defendants but they failed to reply said
legal notice and now adverse inference has to be drawn in view of case
