16. Nonetheless, if one goes through the decisions of
this Court carefully, it would appear that this Court
takes into account a combination of different factors
while exercising discretion in sentencing, that is

16. Nonetheless, if one goes through the decisions of
this Court carefully, it would appear that this Court
takes into account a combination of different factors
