In the circumstances, this petition is disposed of
with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh
representation raising all their grievance before the
respondents/concerned authority within a period of two
weeks from today and the respondents/concerned
authority shall decide the same in accordance with law
within a further period of three months from the date of
its filing in the light of the judgment of the Division
Bench of this Court dated 09.12.2011 in the matter of
Hari Narayan Sharma vs. State of M.P. passed in
W.P. No.2726/2011.
