the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 as
amended by the Amendment Act, 1986 being Section 121 which
was deleted by the Amendment Act w.e.f. 12.6.1985, in the case of
Navrangpura Gram Dharmada Milkat Trust and another v.
Ramtuji Ramaji and others, 1993 (2) GLR 1946, was
