In this context, we specifically notice the three-Judge bench decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sukhdev Singh v. Union of India & Ors [2013 KHC 4365], which affirmed the views expressed in Dev Dutt. The three-Judge Bench observed that not only the adverse entries; which even a positive assessment would take the colour of, if below the benchmark prescribed, all entries should be communicated to the employee.
