under Section 14 (1) of the Hindu Succession Act cannot be presumed
because she get the right for the first time by instrument in the form of
Will after the commencement of the Act, and therefore, provisions of
Section 14(2) of the Act would come into play and this will not convert
such a right into a full fledged right of ownership of the property.
