14. It has further been contended that the family settlement is
binding on the parties and has obliged all the parties to take all
necessary steps for enforcement/implementation of the family
settlement. Reference was also made to the judgment of the Hon'ble
Supreme Court in the case of Kale Vs Dy. Director of Consolidation,
(1976) 3 SCC 119 with respect to the binding effect of family
settlement.
