11. A Coordinate Bench of this Court in V-Guard Industries v. Registrar
of Trademarks, 2023 SCC OnLine Del 59, while deciding an appeal against
the order of the Trade Marks Registry abandoning an opposition under Rule
45(2) of the Rules, made the following observations:
