28. As has been held by this Court in P.V. Narsimha Rao (Supra)
and Deepak Anand (Supra), merely because summons have been
issued to the Applicant(s), it cannot be said that there is no reason for
them to believe that they shall be arrested/taken into custody once they
appear before the learned Trial Court in answer to such summons.
