In crossÂexamination, this witness deposed that when he
reached at the spot, no public person were available as it was
midÂnight, no CCTV camera installed at the spot, no case
property i.e. blade was recovered during the course of
investigation. This witness denied to the suggestion that all the
proceedings were conducted by him while sitting in PS or
accused was falsely implicated in the present case or he is
deposing falsely.
