There is no order of allotment in favour of the petitioner, on the contrary, the record reveals that it was a government building in which a School was functional. Later on mercy was shown to the petitioner and she was permitted to live in the building temporarily and thereafter, she wanted to install idol of Durgaji to give the colour of a temple to the building.
