the petitioners has urged that the decision of
this Court in Special Civil Application No. 1791
of 2007 in the case of NITINKUMAR C. PATEL VS.
STATE OF GUJARAT and the allied matters dated
05.07.2016 shall be applicable in case of the
present petitioners also. They have further,
urged that the said judgment has been followed in
other matters as well.
