Maheshwari & Anr.', C.R.P. No. 166/2018, decided on
12.04.2021, defendant no. 2 Sh. Anuj Dhingra is neither
necessary nor a proper party merely on the ground that he had
acted as Director on behalf of defendant no.1, while transactions
between the plaintiff and the defendant no. 1 company were
carried out. Hence, issue no. 2 is decided against the plaintiff and
in favour of the defendant.
