partnership firm and International Gifts Ltd., a
company from Canada of which President was one
Gurcharan Singh, who was made accused. Gurcharan
Singh was the applicant before the High Court and
dispute was raised that the Respondent firm was

unregistered. The learned Single Judge discussed
