5. Against the aforesaid order, the petitioner preferred SLP (Crl.) Nos.
9852-53/2021 titled as Sidharth Chauhan vs. State (NCT of Delhi) & Ors., in
which the petitioner had been granted interim protection from arrest by the
Hon'ble Supreme Court from 17.12.2021 till 02.05.2023, when the petitioner
withdrew the said SLP and resultantly, the interim protection granted also
stood dissolved.
