grievances of street vendors right from raising of claim to final disposal of
appeal. The present issue has been explicitory dealt with in the case titled
as Gainda Ram & Ors. v. M.C.D. & Ors. bearing I.A. No. 4 in I.A. Nos.
411-412 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 1699 of 1987. Hence, the issue no.3
is decided against the plaintiff.
