conduct and publish results of the supplementary
examination 2019 for the petitioners within a
period of 45 days and to permit the petitioners
to join the 2018-2019 main batch in the 2 nd phase
of the MBBS course in the light of the judgment
of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ranjana Mishra v.
State of Bihar, reported in (2011) 4 SCC 192: AIR
