10. A contrary view seems to have been taken in Ram Sarup Singh v. King- Emperor, 9 Pat. 606 at p. 616 : (A.I.R. (17) 1930 Pat. 613: 82 Cr. L. J. 72). But no reasons have been given in support of that, view, and we find ourselves unable, with all due respect to agree with that view.
