agricultural purpose, in the instant case, as
there has been a violation of the policy
conditions by the insured and as the claimants
having failed to establish that they were the
employees engaged in connection with use of
the tractor-cum-trailor for agricultural purpose
only, the Tribunal could not have saddled the
liability on the appellant-insurance company."
