Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has come to a conclusion that Section 5 of the
Limitation Act, 1963 will apply to the proceedings before the Court while
exercising jurisdiction under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation
Act, 1996 and therefore there is no impediment for filing a petition under
Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for invoking Section 11 of the Arbitration
and Conciliation Act, 1996.
