Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of with the
direction that findings returned by Hon'ble Coordinate Bench
of this Court in RFA No. 953 of 2012, titled as Land
Acquisition Collector Vs. Jatinder Singh, decided on
01.06.2016, shall mutatis mutandis apply to this appeal also
and all directions so issued by Hon'ble Coordinate Bench
shall be construed as having been issued in this appeal also.
