Arnesh Kumar vs State Of Bihar & Anr on 2 July, 2014
In view of the said submission, this Court deem it appropriate to
dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents-Police to strictly follow
the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and also the
guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State
of Bihar 3 while proceeding with the investigation into the said crime. No
order as to costs.
