Manthan Parmarthik Sanstha A Society ... vs Union Of India on 19 February, 2019
The orders passed by the co-ordinate Bench at Indore in the case of
Manthan Parmarthik Sanstha vs. Union of India and others (W.P.
No.1294/2019) and also by the Gwalior Bench in the case of Munnalal
Agrawal and another vs. Union of India and others (W.P. No.2001/2019)
have been brought to the notice of this Court by the counsel for the
respondents. It is pointed out that the subject matter of the present petition was
also the subject matter of the two petitions (supra) and the same has been
dismissed by the co-ordinate Benches at Indore and Gwalior.
