It is noteworthy that petitioners and other Primary
Agricultural Cooperative Societies filed almost similar writ petitions
on an earlier occasion, which were disposed of by this Court vide
its order dated 3.6.2016 alongwith SBCWP No.2837/2016 (Samari
Gram Sewa Sahakari Samiti Ltd. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.).
In the earlier writ petitions, the petitioners challenged the
communication dated 2.12.2015, whereby Registrar had issued
certain directions in the matter of disbursement of loans to the
agriculturists, members of the societies under the Kissan Credit
Card (KCC) Schemes.
