Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the writ petition is being disposed off without seeking any response from the respondents granting liberty to the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with the self-attested copy of the writ petition before the second respondent, District Inspector Schools, Ballia, who shall on the receipt of the same, the second respondent shall put to notice the fourth respondent and decide the entitlement of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of the order bearing in mind the position of the sanctioned strength, vacancies, selection area adopted as per rules, import and impact of non grant of approval continuance as well as the applicability of the judgement in the case of Tarkeshwar Nath Singh (Supra) as well as delay in approaching the court that too being inordinate and unexplained in the light of the judgment in the case of Rushaibai Jagdish vs. Bhavnagar Munispal Corporation JT 2022 (5) SC 470.
