In this regard, it is also relevant to refer the earlier order of this
Court in a similar issue in the case of Sri Chandraprabhu Maharaj Juna
Jain Mandir Trust Vs. Abdul Azeez, in C.R.P.(NPD) No.1426/2022 dated
27.04.2022. In the said case, the Hon’ble Mr.Justice N.Seshasayee, has also
dealt with the similar issue and held that since no notification was made
under Section 3(c) of the Act, the building belonging to a charitable trust
cannot be exempted from the purview of the Act.
