State of U.P. and another), and against order dated 01.06.2019 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Bulandshahar in bail application No. 51 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No. 317 of 2019, under sections 376D, 354B, 506, 120B IPC and 4 POCSO Act, Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahar, whereby the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Bulandshahar as well as learned appellate court refused the prayer of bail of accused-revisionist.
