Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no
instructions, insofar as, the prayer for withdrawal of the writ
petition is concerned, and further submits that otherwise the case
is covered by judgment of this Court in Lt. Shri Ajit Singh v.
Labour Court & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ No.5918/2004, decided on
1.12.2016, wherein, similar impugned award was set aside and
the matter was remanded back to the Labour Court to adjudicate
the dispute between the parties.
