Sanjeev Kumar & Ors vs State Of H.P on 25 October, 2016
In view of the subsequent development i.e. the
judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 6709 of
2013 titled Sanjeev Kumar and others V. State of H.P
and others on 4th August, 2014, the writ petition itself is
not maintainable. Being so, Mr. Sharma, learned counsel
has rightly sought permission to withdraw the present
appeal and also the writ petition with liberty reserved to
seek appropriate remedy available to the appellant-writ
petitioner in accordance with law. The leave and liberty as
sought is granted. Consequently, the present appeal and
